Who we are

Poker Records (“we”, “us”) is a poker session-tracking service operated by Yoon Labs LLC, United States. Contact: support@mypokerrecords.com.

What we collect

• Account data — your email address and a password (stored as a hash by our authentication provider), or your name, email, and avatar image URL if you sign in with Google. Your profile holds a username and display name you choose.
• Content you enter — poker session records (game type, stakes, buy-ins, cash-outs, locations, times, notes), your bankroll balance, presets, group posts (shared sessions, hands, comments, emoji reactions), your group memberships and join requests, and feedback you send us.
• Subscription status — whether you subscribe, along with related customer and transaction identifiers, received from Apple (via RevenueCat) or Stripe. We never receive your card number — payments are processed entirely by Apple or Stripe.
• Technical data — authentication cookies strictly necessary to keep you signed in, and standard server logs kept by our hosting providers. We use no advertising, no tracking SDKs, and no analytics cookies.

How we use it

To provide the service you signed up for (storing your records, rendering your dashboard, showing your shared sessions to groups you chose), to operate your subscription, to keep the service secure, and to respond to your messages. We do not use your data for advertising and we never sell or rent personal data to anyone, including data brokers.

Sharing

Your records are private by default. Content becomes visible to other people only when you explicitly share a session or post to a private group — then it is visible to that group’s active members. Our service providers process data on our behalf: Supabase (database and authentication, hosted in the United States on Amazon Web Services), Vercel (web hosting), Stripe (web payments), Apple and RevenueCat (iOS subscriptions), and Google (sign-in). We disclose data if required by law.

Where your data lives

Our servers are located in the United States.

Retention & deletion

We keep your data while your account exists. You can delete individual records at any time. You can request full account deletion in the app’s settings (where available) or by emailing us; deletion completes within 30 days, with an option to delete immediately, and removes your account and personal data except what we must keep to meet legal obligations. Groups you own must be transferred to another member or they are deleted with your account.

Your rights

You can access and correct your data in the app, export your sessions as CSV, and request deletion as above. For any privacy request, email us — we respond within one month. If we become aware of a data breach affecting you, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law without undue delay.

Children

Poker Records is not directed at children. You must be at least 14 years old to use it. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 14; if we learn we have, we delete the account.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the effective date. For significant changes we will notify you in the app or by email.
