1. Agreement

By using Poker Records you agree to these terms. Poker Records is operated by Yoon Labs LLC, United States. Contact: support@mypokerrecords.com.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old to use Poker Records.

3. The service

Poker Records is a record-keeping tool: you log your own poker session results, see them visualized, and optionally share them with private groups. Poker Records is not a gambling service — it offers no wagering, no real-money play, and no gameplay of any kind, and it provides no financial or gambling advice. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your own play.

4. Your account

Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate information.

5. Your content and groups

You own the content you enter. You grant us the license needed to host it and display it — to you, and to the members of groups you explicitly share it with. Groups are private and invite-only; sharing a session or posting a hand makes it visible to that group’s active members. Group owners may remove content in their groups. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate section 6, and we will act on reports of unlawful content.

6. Acceptable use

No unlawful content or conduct, no harassment or abuse of other members, no content that sexualizes minors (reported to authorities where required by law), no attempts to break, scrape, or overload the service, and no accessing other users’ data beyond what the service intentionally shows you.

7. Free tier and subscription

The free tier includes 15 lifetime session creations; deleting a session does not free a slot. The subscription (price shown at purchase, currently $2.99/month) removes that limit and renews automatically until cancelled. Purchases made on iOS are processed by Apple under your Apple account terms — manage or cancel them in your App Store subscription settings. Purchases made on the web are processed by Stripe — you can cancel any time in Settings → Manage subscription, or by emailing us, and your access continues to the end of the paid period. Unused time is not refunded. Web subscriptions are currently offered for US billing addresses only. Deleting your account does not by itself cancel an Apple subscription; cancel it in the App Store. Deleting your account immediately also cancels a web subscription immediately.

8. Account deletion

You may delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy for how and when deletion completes). Groups you own must be transferred to another member or they are permanently deleted with your account, including their shared history.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; we will post changes here and update the effective date, and notify you of significant changes in the app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, and disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless the consumer-protection law of your place of residence necessarily applies.
